Bailey went to live with Jerry in Bend, OR in February 2010. Bailey will have plenty of opportunities to enjoy life and camp with Jerry along the Deschutes River.

Maddie found her forever home in March of 2008.
Karin says “Maddie is a wonderful dog and brings so much love, happiness, and laughter (with her crazy Vizsla spirit) to our family.”
She also has learned a neat trick of how to get on the couch – be a pillow.

Please bring a dish to share. If you’d like to see what your dog can do in the field, the cost is $10 per dog; pigeons are free and chukars are $10.

We’d love to see everyone again!

Our first rescue of the year came to us from a Washington shelter just two weeks ago. She is currently brushing up on her manners and will be ready to go to a new home in the next two weeks. Although a Vizsla/Lab mix, she is all Vizsla in personality. A couple of days ago, we pulled a young male from a southern Oregon shelter and tomorrow we are expecting a senior gal from a different Washington shelter. That means we are up 300% for the same time period last year. I hope this is not a trend for 2010 but I am happy we are here to provide a service for Vizslas who are without the safety net of their breeder.

Chester came to his new home in October of 2005. He now lives with Diane and Richard North of Spokane on nine acres with his Vizsla brother Sasha and two cats, Orange Crush and Root Beer.
